Being a Santa through smart Finance skills

We all like free gifts. That's why Santa Claus is loved by many.

Here's how you can be a Santa through Finance-

Being a good person-
Santa gives gifts to good people, remember? So, you have to be a good person by not wasting your money, not over-spending, not over-using your credit cards.
By having a budget, financial plan, disciplined spending and not falling for financial frauds, you can be a good person.

Now, the gifts!!

We all want to get gifts but what if we don't like the gifts we got or we want to buy something for others?

With financial planning, it's possible!

By saving money, investing smartly and spending only on necessary things, we can save enough to do some shopping for the gifts in the early December of each year. With that financial power, you can not only buy gifts for your family and friends but also have enough to buy yourself something nice.

PLAN: Have a financial plan & budget for each month. Include traveling, health, food, entertainment (Movies, Games, TV), Bills, etc. in it. See if you can minimize some expenses

SAVE: By reducing over-spending on sales & avoiding unnecessary things

INVEST: In Recurring Deposits, SIP (Systematic Investment Plan), Mutual Funds, Fixed Deposits (Can be your December goal)... Invest wisely because some products increase in price due to inflation or tax policy while some production get reduced price due to newer models launching (Mobile phones for example). So, a mix of Debt and Equity investment is a way to go but the Equity percentage depends on your age and other factors..Older you are and less risk-taker you are, the less percentage should be invested in Equity and vice versa.

ENJOY: You've planned for the thing you wanted and once it's December, you can do your planned shopping.

So, I hope you become a smart Santa and fulfill your dreams.

Happy New Year and happy investing!

On a lighter note, ever wondered why everyone likes Santa and is always excited for him?
