Image
How to generate new ideas & be creative? Coming up with new ideas is always a difficult task, especially when you're busy. Here is a simple 3 step method to help you generate new ideas! Prefer a video instead? Here's the video made by me: Prefer reading? Then read on... Step 1:  Find inspiration though books, films, music, social media, and other sources.   Many big actors were big film fans. Many businessmen read books. The most successful managers, and CEOs often try to learn new things or take up hobbies. Why is that? We all need a source to generate new ideas. So, start watching films, reading books, being a consumer of the media which fits your industry/work. You will definitely start to get new ideas. Sometimes even unrelated entertainment can help us generate a new idea. (Like this Inc. Magazine article about the success lessons from The Wolf of Wall Street Movie )  Step 2: Meet, talk, & learn from others.  Try meeting new people who are in the industry/work fi

How to Find Opportunities in Problems

Image
Here is a quick blog about how you can look at the problems in a positive way & solve them:- If you prefer to watch a video instead, here an inspirational video by me:-  1 Consider Problems as an experience:          Accept all the problems as experiences essential to learn new things in life. Many great people from the past had problems which made them a better, stronger person, and such experience can make you a better person too. 2. Find lessons hidden in the problems:-    Try to find the lessons you can learn from the problems, and the situations you are facing now. What does it teach it? Life teaches us many lessons through problems and situations. 3. Find solutions:-   Try to focus on solutions instead of problems. Research, think, and ask around to see if there are any solutions for the problem. Maybe the solution is hidden in the plain sight. 4. Discuss, research & see if others have any solutions:-   Don’t feel that it’s only happening to you. Never think like that.

The Magic of “Let’s Do it Now”

Image
There is a saying that goes like- “If there’s a work for tomorrow, do it today, and if today, do it now.” Whenever there’s possibility, we should definitely try to do the work today instead of procrastination (Saying that let’s do it later). The Benefits of Do it Now attitude: 1.        You get more things done in the day 2.        You get more free time if you complete everything if you have the spare time now 3.        You feel stress-free as there’s no pending work. 4.        You feel better about yourself as you complete more work. S ome caution though, as doing everything now is not the reason to get burnt out.  When should you keep the work for later, or tomorrow:- 1.        You are feeling very tired, and doing the work will cause you illness, or result in a poor performance or mistakes. (If there’s no choice, then at least try to reduce the tiredness, and get refreshed by eating something, or drinking water.) 2.        If the work is not urgent, and can be

Importance of Teachers in Life & Society!

Image
Teacher’s Day, and movies/books about school/college or even literature like Harry Potter reminds us of our teachers, and what they did for us during our learning years. Teaching is a profession that requires a lot of sacrifice, and efforts which often go without gratefulness, and in many countries with underpayment/delay in payment or even no payment at all (Especially in the developing countries). Now with the current Corona outbreak, things have become worse for the education field, but still, the teachers' fraternity is adapting through online teaching & trying their best to help their students.   Why would a person spend the entire life teaching the same thing to the same aged batch of kids/teens/adults but every time there are new faces & challenges of adjusting with them, and getting good marks/grades from them? The teachers often become teachers because they like educating others, love interacting with them, and think that the profession of teaching is one o

Email Management & Keeping the Inbox Clean!

Image
Email is still the most trusted, and efficient way of formal communications. Managing inbox is a hectic work, and can quickly make you feel stressed. The following simple tips would hopefully make things easier to manage, and save your time!  Here are some simple email management tips: (1)   Make folders/ labels:            Organize your email by dividing your emails in various categories, and keep the emails in relevant folders, or labels, as available in Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo etc. mail services. This will also help you find the relevant email quickly whenever you need it. (2)   Read, reply, and delete:            When you have newsletters, news, or other vital informational emails, don’t keep them in your inbox unless it has some important information which can help you now or in future. Read the information, and delete them, if the information consists of daily news/stock market information which could become outdated tomorrow or the next week.    (3)  Unsubscribe from unneces

Post COVID Offices - Will the Offices Disappear?

Image
As Corona virus is still going strong, and the vaccine not coming very soon, there's an important question- Are the traditional offices a thing of the past now? Well, not really as we all know how still our essential workers, medical professionals, politicians, defense forces, the police, and many IT companies are working with minimum staff, and safety precautions, the offices are not gone per say, but the working conditions will be different than before. I think that most of the positions will be converted to remote/at home ones, and if not, the staff will be much less than what it was. Only bare necessary, so that there's enough distance between people to avoid the spread of the virus unknowingly as we know that the aerosols containing the virus strands can land on the other person's body and if unknowingly that person touches the nose/eyes/mouth, the virus will enter the body. Besides, the risk of breathing in the aerosols while talking. Masks, sanitizers, heat senso

It was a challenging task requiring a lot of work.  About the Launch America: A new era of human spaceflight is set to begin as American astronauts once again launch on an American rocket from American soil to the International Space Station as part of NASA’s Commercial Crew Program. NASA astronauts Robert Behnken and Douglas Hurley will fly on SpaceX’s Crew Dragon spacecraft, lifting off on a Falcon 9 rocket at 3:22 p.m. EDT May 30, from Launch Complex 39A in Florida, for an extended stay at the space station for the Demo-2 mission. The specific duration of the mission is to be determined. As the final flight test for SpaceX, this mission will validate the company’s crew transportation system, including the launch pad, rocket, spacecraft, and operational capabilities. This also will be the fir
